周盛罗博士（Antonio De Caro）是瑞士苏黎世大学艺术史系博士后研究员，同时担任伦敦大学亚非学院历史系研究员。

他的研究聚焦于中欧艺术史的历史交汇，尤其是天主教视觉文化在近代中国的传播、普及与接受。多年来，他致力于探索中欧艺术家、传教士、商人与艺术经纪人之间的交流互动——这些跨越数个世纪的合作，共同构建了一个延续至今的全球艺术网络。

2022年，他出版的专著 Angelo Zottoli, a Jesuit Missionary in China (1848–1902): His Life and Ideas（出版社：Palgrave Macmillan，新加坡），为十九世纪耶稣会在华传教文化与艺术研究提供了重要参考。

目前，他参与苏黎世大学 GLOBECOSAL 项目——Global Economies of Salvation: Art and the Negotiation of Sanctity in the Early Modern Period，从全球视野重新审视早期近代宗教艺术的流通与意义。
