Bridging China and Europe through Art History –

Dr. Antonio De Caro 周盛羅博士

Over the last several years, I have focused my efforts on investigating the historical intersections of cultural interchange between China and Europe. Through this attempt, I've discovered compelling stories about the interactions between Chinese and European artists, missionaries, traders, and art dealers.

Their collaborative efforts, which spanned multiple epochs and approaches, helped to form a global artistic network that is still relevant today.
